The City of Yale is currently seeking applications for Part-Time/Seasonal Lifeguard
positions. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. Employment is contingent upon
being able to obtain a current red cross lifeguard certification. Training will be paid for by
the City of Yale. Responsibilities include monitoring the safety and well-being of all
guests in and around the swimming pool and rescuing guests in danger of drowning or
when injured. To ensure cleanliness, safety and upkeep of the swimming pool and
implement all rules and guidelines. Applications should be submitted to City of Yale,
