Oklahoma Human Services will stop accepting winter heating Energy Assistance applications at midnight Friday, December 27, 2024.

Clients can apply online at

until 12:00:00 A.M. CST Saturday, December 28, 2024.

Clients that applied during open enrollment can continue turning in verification:

• online at

and click on Fast Pass Verification Upload button so it can be indexed to the case record,

• at any local OKDHS field office.

Anticipated open enrollment dates for (federal fiscal year) FFY2025 are listed below.

Please be aware that several factors could result in delayed open enrollment.

Each program will remain open until funds are expended.
