REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
CITY OF YALE, OKLAHOMA 74085

Sealed proposals will be received by the Yale Water and Sewer Trust, a municipal trust of the State of Oklahoma, for collection of solid waste for the City of Yale, Oklahoma until 4:00 P.M. on November 8, 2023. Such proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud on 4:00 P.M. Wednesday November 8, 2023 at Yale City Hall, 209 N. Main Street, Yale, Oklahoma. The outside of the bid envelope must be clearly marked with the name of the bidder and the words “PROPSAL FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL.”

All proposals must include assurances that the following provisions will be complied with by the successful bidder.
